Family Immigration

One of the quickest and most common ways to obtain PR in Canada is family sponsorship. A Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada who is 18 years of age or older can sponsor some members of their family.

Due to their PR, these family members can live, study, and work in Canada. Our highly skilled professionals guide their clients for easy family immigration

Relatives Are Financially Held Responsible By Sponsors

Once the relative enters Canada, the sponsor takes on full financial responsibility for them. The Canadian Citizen or lawful permanent resident must:

Sign a sponsorship contract with the relative who will be sponsored, pledging the sponsor to assist the relative financially if needed
Provide three years of financial support for a spouse, common-law spouse, or potential relationship once they become a permanent resident
Support a dependent child financially for ten years or until the child reaches the age of 25
