This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Mahesh Kumar Gandhi the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (R712023) and the client.

The client agrees to pay the fees indicated in the booking application below for the opted consultation service.

Purpose of Consultation: The consultation’s goal is to give the consultant enough details to enable a thorough analysis and all-encompassing advise on immigration choices, including anticipated timelines, consultation fees, and costs.

Consultation Fee Adjustable: If you wish to proceed with our representation within the next one week after the initial consultation, we offer you the credit of this consultation fee applicable to the balance of our professional fees.

Client responsibility: The client is responsible for providing the RCIC with the necessary factual data and supporting paperwork. Client must be truthful and accurate, and must provide RCIC with any information—positive or negative—that may be pertinent to the advise given by RCIC in this case. Failure to fully disclose all pertinent information to RCIC will affect the advice provided by RCIC, could render this Agreement null and void, or could have a negative impact on the success of Client’s application or the maintenance of any status that Client may achieve.

Outcome not guaranteed: RCIC shall provide consulting services to Client to the standard of a competent CICC member. RCIC does not guarantee that he will be able to assist Client in meeting his or her business, education, employment or immigration goals.

Confidentiality: The confidentiality and trade secrets of the Client must be protected by RCIC. The purpose of this ethical duty is to promote open and thorough communication between the client and the RCIC.Except as required by law, no information or documentation given by the Client and evaluated by the RCIC will be disclosed to any person other than the RCIC’s agents and employees without the client’s prior approval.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of BC and the Federal Laws of Canada applicable therein.

NO LEGAL AUTHORITY GRANTED The Client agrees and understands that this agreement does not constitute an engagement of the RCIC to act as your Authorized Representative in respect of any matters relating to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and/or the Canada Border Services Agency. By signing this agreement, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth above in this Initial Consultation Agreement and acknowledge that any further engagement of the RCIC will require a further written agreement with different terms. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Manitoba, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
