Eligibility to apply as a FSW Program?
IRCC uses the selection factor points to help assess your eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. A minimum of 67 points are required in the following six selection factors.

Along with this essential qualification, other factors to consider are
Language Skill: You must obtain a CLB 7 on either the IELTS or CELPIP language tests.
Education: Completed education equivalent to secondary or postsecondary education in Canada, as determined and attested to by an approved ECA Report.
Work Experience: You must have one year of paid, steady full-time work or equivalent part-time, skilled work experience in NOC codes 0, A, and B over the preceding ten years.
Finance and Employment: If you are not already employed in Canada or do not have the necessary authorization to work there, you will need enough money to settle in the country.
Miscellaneous: Upon approval, your eligibility to enter Canada and your intention to live outside Quebec.
